1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ThermoProgress and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our platform.


These terms apply to all users, whether they have a free account or a paid subscription.

2. Service Description

ThermoProgress is a SaaS platform that allows users to:


Create and manage visual progress thermometers.
Record data entries associated with their goals.
Generate reports and statistics on their progress.
Share thermometers via public link or iframe integration.
Receive email alerts on the progress of their goals.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service with reasonable notice.

3. Account Creation

To use ThermoProgress, you must create an account. You agree to:


Provide accurate and up-to-date information upon registration.
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Not create an account on behalf of another person without their authorization.

You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

ThermoProgress offers a free plan and paid plans (Personal, Team).


Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your choice.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of the current billing period.
No-Refund Policy : No refund will be issued on an active contract. Whether you have subscribed to a monthly or annual plan, no partial or full refund will be granted upon cancellation before the end of the billing period. If you cancel an annual subscription after several months of use, no refund for the unused period will be issued.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing with 30 days' notice.

5. Acceptable Use

By using ThermoProgress, you agree not to:


Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes.
Attempt to access other users' data.
Submit malicious, misleading or defamatory content.
Circumvent the platform's security measures.
Resell or redistribute access to the service without authorization.
Use automated robots or scripts to access the service.
Interfere with the normal operation of the platform.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account.

6. Intellectual Property

ThermoProgress and all its content (logo, design, code, text, features) are the exclusive property of ThermoProgress Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws.


You retain ownership of the data you enter on the platform (your thermometers, entries and goals). By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store and process this data for the purpose of providing the service to you.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep ThermoProgress available 24/7. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not responsible for interruptions due to:


Planned maintenance operations (with notice).
Technical failures beyond our control.
Security attacks or incidents.
Force majeure events.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ThermoProgress Inc. shall not be liable for:


Indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
Loss of data due to circumstances beyond our control.
Decisions made based on data and reports generated by the platform.

Our total liability cannot in any case exceed the amount paid by the user over the past 12 months.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:


You violate these Terms of Service.
Your account shows fraudulent or malicious activity.
Payment of your subscription fails repeatedly.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be notified to you by email or via the platform at least 30 days before taking effect.


Your continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the city of Quebec, Quebec, Canada.
